Stressed at Work: What We Can Learn From EAP Utilization

Nearly half (47%) of all employees report that stress from a personal problem negatively impacts their work performance, according to "Stressed at Work: What We Can Learn From EAP Utilization," the just released white paper from Bensinger, DuPont and Associates (BDA). The study found that stress most often leads to difficulty concentrating, absenteeism and poor work quality.

Marie Apke of BDA will explore the findings of their research. While a full 94% of employees reported improved work performance following participation in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the research found that a one-size-fits-all approach might not be appropriate.
